Last weekend we exhibited at our fourth consecutive Wings Over Camarillo Air Show at the Camarillo Airport.  It was (once again) a great event which brought together folks from across California and the wider western United States.  We staffed our regular booth in the STEM Pavilion, flanked by tons of friends, collaborators, and alumni from our ESRM and AARR Program at CSU Channel Islands.  Next year, you all must make a detour to the airfield and explore all the cool flying craft, rabbit-helmed ska bands, and all the killer hands-on robot demos at our booths.

Special thanks to future, current, and past students, especially Gabriel, Nathan, and Chase…and of course the ever on top of things Emily!

Dan Fetterly and his great team from SuperProAerial have been at work getting some of our local Air Force JROTC from Simi Valley into the UAV game. They staffed this year’s drone cage where the public could take small quadcopter for test flights in the STEM Pavilion.
A little display highlighting some of the key moments in aviation history here at our little ol’ airport.

Everybody was at the booth!
Thanks to everyone…including Gabriel!
